1. Acceptance

By accessing or using BitSettle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

BitSettle provides a sandbox demonstration of card-to-Bitcoin settlement flows. No real funds are moved without completing a separate KYB onboarding and live merchant agreement.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use BitSettle for illegal activities, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

BitSettle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
